what does dmesg say ?

Whats your /etc/apt/source.list look like ?
Have you recompiled anything kernel related recently ?
Failed upgrade to squeeze ?
I'd try something like

aptitude reinstall linux-image-2.6.26-2-686

It looks like xorg is compiled against a different kernel (2.6.32-5-686) rather than the one you are running 2.6.26-2-686

Maybe an

aptitude reinstall xorg

?

Hope that helps and hope that otherwise all is well.
