Just wondering if anyone is prepared to challenge the
bad in court? We have the right to do so citing the
human rights act. The police/local council/home office
would have to provide evidence that the proposed march
would likely cause a )serious public disorder b)
serious damage to property or c) serious disruption to
the life of the community.

I'm not sure if its been done before but the courts
have ruled in favour of protests on certain occasions
in the past, it may be possible to overturn a blanket
ban on protests.
