just one other thing jumped out at me:

this 2nd line confuses what was said

what was said was that the group had wanted discussion on 3 additions or
changes to ground rules
1.  re-phrase the violence one - due to some dissatisfaction with the
non-consensual bit
2. have one or more ground rules around security
3. have one or more ground rules about 'access' to the building

so can you replace it with:
1. Groundrules additions and changes
1. Re-phrase 'violence'.
2. new grounds rules on 'security' and 'access'
