[matilda] Fund rasing

I propose to start a fund raising collective whose aims will be,

1) In the short term:
To co-ordinate and liaise with groups on existing fund raising
schemes, i.e. the Beer money initiative and the proposal for a monthly
benefit gig. They will also be responsible for accounting and the
incoming and outgoings of the raised money.

2) In the long term:
In conjunction with the legal team the group will identify basic costs
of running the building as well as researching its financial viability
and sustainability. It will look in to ways of securing the funding
through short-term and long-term initiatives.
