Sorry but this is very misleading. In fact it has nothing to do with
rules. It was 0742's gracious decision not to have anything done about
the vandalism of his artwork.

It has also been suggested that the email list is not the best forum
for resolving this particular issue.

There appears to be a conflict between those who want to create a
society without rules and those who seemingly want to create as many
rules in Matilda as they possibly can.
