per tor, yacy e freenet 1GB di RAM mi pare abbastanza 

a occhio mi sa che basta anche par farci altro (un webserver e un
server di posta,per esempio...)

per lo storage forse la cosa ideale è mettere su un NAS domestico in
RAID1 con doppia scheda di rete da partizionare e proteggere
adeguatamente...
