In particular, look at "Organic Food's Class Problem".  As organic food growers start to look more and more like agri-businesses, they tend to lose their "wholesomeness".

"A 2006 study by the California Institute for Rural Studies found that
only 36 percent of organic farms in California gave their workers
health insurance, a figure shamefully outstripped by conventional
farms' 46 percent."

Urban Farming is still the way to go for people in the cities.
