Hello All, 
 
I just spoke with Mr. McCorvey and he would really appreciate donations of extra produce for his senior citizens.  Also, he is putting in mustard and turnip seeds and would accept donations of those, if anyone has them.  
 
He is not really interested in replanting what he has lost, because he thinks it's too late for tomates, collards, cukes, etc. to come to fruition at this late date. 
 
He is willing to meet other gardeners and accept produce donations at his garden on S. Hawkins (near Morse) tomorrow Saturday Aug. 1st at 3:00 pm.  
 
If you don't have anything to donate, but would just like to meet Mr. McCorvey, please come.  He has been a gardener his whole life and has a lot of knowledge and wisdom to share with other gardeners.
 
Plus, I think a strong show of support at his garden will send the right message.  I may even make a sign or two.  
 
He is very grateful for all of the support, prayers and help.
