Whoever has the "back"(North) center garden at Ira and Kenmore, you have MANY ripe and red cherry tomatoes, and if you don't pick them soon you're going to lose them all. I had Mike, our maintenance supervisor stake them up a few days ago.

Some of you may be getting hit, or rather your vine plants such as squash, pumpkin, cucumber, etc., by small white beetles. These beetles get into the stems, split them open and end up killing the plant. Try using an insecticidal soap; these are commonly available from almost any gardening store. As usual, I prefer to get mine from Gardens Alive.
