[Akroncooperative-news] Registration for Community Gardening

If you are interested in gardening again this year, please fill out the attached and return it to The Akron Cooperative.

You will note that the registration fee has been set at $20 for all plots.  This does not mean, however, that everyone should request the larger 20x20 plots.
Plant what you can handle and nothing more.  There was a lot of waste last year.

You will also note that we have asked for a clean up fee.  Very little clean up work was done and it took us 2 weeks to get the plots cleaned up to where we could till and re-stake them.  We had to remove rocks, stakes, cages, matting, and trash.  This fee will be returned if we can go right in, mow down the old plants, and till the ground.

Note:  If any of you are missing (or wondering what happened to) your stakes, cages, etc., they were all taken down and collected, if still in good condition, and are here with me.  Everyone is welcome to come over and reclaim them for the new season.
