[AktiviX] Freely Quotable Document License

Can anybody recommend a License suitable for a report. 
 
I've looked at the Gnu Documentation License  ... but it seems more 
appropriate to Software manuals (say man pages) which are closely associated 
with some code, rather than a report that you would hope have paragraphs 
quoted ( or sections hyperlinked to ) but would like to insist that is 
properly credited.
