Hello me again

Could you set me up a list for Sheffield Samba Band please.  We had one 
but it collapsed cos no one took it over when Steve Coles left.  I have 
been trying hard NOT to volunteer for this one but desperation has got 
to me in the end.  We've been too long without a list. So I will try to 
find someone else to moderate but in the meantime I am willing to take 
it on.
