[AktiviX] event proposal

hi all

when we met up in lancaster last year, we all agreed [as far as i remember]
that it would be a good thing to meet up again at some stage in the future.

so list members and other associated folks around sheffield have been
informally discussing this for some time and would like to propose the
following:

we'd like y'all to come to sheffield for the weekend for aktivix ii [child
of aktivix, reaktivix, aktivix redux whatever].

we'd like to propose the dates 10-12 september.

would you like to come? do you like the date [fx is it too soon before esf]?
what would you like to do while you're here?

we've also taken the liberty of registering the aktivix.org domain and the
good folks at burngreave.net are doing a little behind the scenes stuff
setting up dns gubbins.

i expect more chipping in from other sheffield folks in the course of time.
