i have some films that could be shown on saturday evening if we have no
other entertainment and have these questions:

1. i think i could do three hours or so - shall i book in 8pm-11pm for
saturday night?

2. what time do we have the venue until on sunday?

3. should the films be booked in for room 1 or 2?

4. can anyone make a run to the cash & carry to buy in beers that we can
sell at a nominal charge?

5. any arrangements for food on saturday evening?
