The Drupal server is there.
It just this moment took a site (http://www.lasojamata.org/), that was
locked up elsewhere, and they would be interested in making a donation
in thanks.

(i) We have an unused Triodos bank account here in the Netherlands that
could take € donations. For now at least I'm happy to turn them into £
at what ever the exchange rate at the time is.

(ii) Where should £ be donated to?
