Thankyou to everyone that offered advice on my questions about a Blog in 
China,
I'd like to ask one more question in case people know already here, or 
might know how I can go about finding out

Hosting, the blog needs to be able to be read by people within China. 
Are some countries and companies more accessible in China than others? 
Do you know of a way of checking the accessability of hosting (without 
trial and error) for people in China?
