Hi

I would like to ask if I can start two new email lists.

Both are announcements lists. The first is for CIRCA the clown army
which combines direct action with clowning. The list name should
simply be 'circa'.

The second is for Earth First though I'm not sure yet what the list
name should be. I'll find out if it's possible with you guys.
