This is wonderful work Marion!
I like your suggestion of how to build up a master document with others in our little group adding to it.
I also liked your idea of tracing through who was actually using indy at different points in time. However this would obviously take some effort and resource. Perhaps this is something which we could talk about further.

Hi Zoe,
additions of any kind would be great! Especially on the video side, I
haven't included much.
How do we organise additions from multiple people, how do we make sure
that in the end, we have one master document with all entries included?

I suggest that we agree on a mix of naming conventions and traces in the
document itself.

The most updated version with all entries is presently:
imc_uk_history_28Apr06
If you add things to this version, you could call your document
imc_uk_history_28Apr06_zoe.
If I add things to this version, I would call it
imc_uk_history_28Apr06_marion.

We could add a column "by whom" at the end, and enter our names for each
new entry.

When a number of people have added new entries, we can bring them all
together in a new "master document" called imc_uk_history_15May06, for
expl. We can do this by activating autofilter in the "by whom" column of
each document (imc_uk_history_28Apr06_zoe, imc_uk_history_28Apr06_marion
etc), copy all the entries with a name, and paste them into the old
master document imc_uk_history_28Apr06 which is then saved as
imc_uk_history_15May06.

This way, we don't need to coordinate who works on the spreadsheet when
- everybody can just add things when they occur. If anyone has a simpler
idea, please say so.

best
marion
