[alt-media-res] Up loading media to private wiki

[steffen boehm]

All or audio and other large files that cannot be put onto the wiki should
go onto our ftp site. I will forward log in details in a separate email,
since this list is publicly archived...
And yes, having links to files (at least names) on private wiki to the ftp
site would be good.
