hi ya, this plan sounds good. 
eating arrangements sound good...
if sian volunteers for breakfast, and we bring some tea/coffee, what else should we bring along, Zoe.
in terms of working, i think lets just bring hard and electronic copies of all our written materials (papers, drafts, etc)...
the main aim is to start reading across the projects, right?
should be good to have the original proposal/outline as well... i'll bring my computer with most electronic copies on...
so, i'll see you on the train thurs morning...

my agenda item for now is catering logistics for the day that we have @ lacket!
 
my suggestion is to keep things as simple as poss.
 
how 'bout .. pub supper in lockeridge on thurs evening (i'm thinking we've got very little time so why not have a good work session in afternoon then more social rapping session in evenin?).
 
i'm happy to volunteer to breakfast (porridge, fresh fruit, honey etc. ok for everyone?)
 
we should bring tea/coffee etc.
 
if others volunteer to bring stuff for lunches then we'll be snorted. 
 
sorry to be prosaic but grounding is important for the other stuff. other suggestions?? bt bear in mind i've got *very* little time to do lots of emailing (and i'm sure i'm not alone in that!!)
 
can bring the two case-study papers i'm involved with ..
