would be more than happy to try again on this saince the metadata work is
ongoing and will step up a gear in new year,
but after two knock backs we would need an 'academic' to draft the proposal
I think,
my impression is that the funders are simply not understanding what we are
doing,
at least as described in the language I've been using...
