<P>Lammas Low Impact Initiatives Ltd is building an eco-village in Pembrokeshire and we need your help.</P>
<P>For the first time ever a planning policy exists to allow people to build low impact houses in the countryside and live off the land in a sustainable way, but so far the policy only exists in Pembrokeshire.</P>
<P>But Lammas isn’t just about one eco-village! Lammas aims to help people create Low Impact Initiatives wherever they are throughout the UK. We want to show how the Pembrokeshire policy can be used and why every county should be making this possible. </P>
<P>That’s why we’ve formed ourselves into an Industrial and Provident Society (co-operative), found some land and put in a planning application.</P>
<P>But when we get Planning Permission we need to raise £500,000. This will mean that we will be able to set up this project and many more like it, giving everyone who wants to a chance to live in a Low Impact way.</P>
<P>So help make it happen by buying a share in Lammas - a share in the future.</P>

<P>Ond nid yw Lammas am un eco-bentref yn unig! Mae Lammas yn bwriadu helpu pobl i greu Mentrau Effaith Isel lle bynnag y maent drwy’r DU. Yr ydym am ddangos sut mae polisi Sir Benfro yn gallu cael ei ddefnyddio a pham y dylai pob sir yn gallu gwneud hyn yn bosib. </P>
<P>Dyma paham yr ydym wedi ein ffurfio’n Gymdeithas Ddiwydiannol a Darbodus (cydweithredol), wedi dod o hyd i dir ac wedi cyflwyno cais cynllunio.</P>
<P>Ond pan gawn ni Ganiatād Cynllunio mae angen i ni godi £500,000. Bydd hwn yn golygu ein bod yn gallu sefydlu’r prosiect hwn a llawer tebyg iddi, gan roi’r siawns i bawb sydd eisiau’r cyfle i fyw bywyd Effaith Isel.</P>
