WOMEN'S SELF DEFENCE
BASIC COURSE 

10am-5pm
SATURDAY 28TH NOVEMBER 2009
SOUTH LONDON

This intensive, one-day course is for all women, whether or not they've done self-defence before. 

THE COURSE IS FREE, BUT YOU MUST GET IN TOUCH BEFOREHAND TO BOOK A SPACE ON IT.

It really helps us plan the class if we know what numbers to expect. Self defence is for all women, whatever age, level of ability or fitness. We aim to make our classes as accessible as possible – please let us know if you have specific access needs.

This class is for women only. 
We also run queer classes – for queer folk of all genders – so contact us if you'd prefer to come to those instead.

If you can't make it on the 28th, but are interested in hearing about future classes, please let us know!

We will be running some more advanced training early in 2010, only open to those who have already done the basic course.
