Dear all,

Here is some info from Disabled People Against Cuts.  They are planning action against Atos, who recently were responsible for my partner losing his DLA (the assessment centre in Archway)!  I met some of them at a conference at the weekend, and they are very interested in building coalitions with able-bodied people fighting against the cuts, and welcome everyone to join their actions.

Here is background on DPAC:

DPAC was formed by a group of disabled people after the 3d October mass protests against cuts

in Birmingham, England. The 3rd October saw the first mass protest against the austerity cuts and

their impact on disabled people. It was led by disabled people under the name of The Disabled

Peoples' Protest.
