Dear all,

As some of you know I've trained to teach Integral Yoga. In recent months
I've been exploring ways of bringing yoga together with radical politics.
Two workshops in London in March and another in Brighton last month both
touched something deep in all the participants, myself included.

Because of this, I've organised another event in London in two weeks time.
If you would like to join or have any questions, please get in touch.
You're more than welcome to share these details with others you feel may be
interested.

The Heart of Anarchy: A Radical Retreat
Common House, East London
25th May, 10:30am-5pm.

Radicals can be drawn to either the Head (radical ideas) or the Hand
(practical activism). Both are important! This day retreat offers balance
by looking also to the Heart.

The day will include a Heart-centred yoga class, space to explore the
intimate connection between love and social transformation, and activities
designed to help us connect ever more deeply with the authority of our own
hearts.

Here anarchy means the art of relating freely as equals. It is not limited
to any ideology. All are welcome!

Cost: Sliding scale from £15-£50 (please give what feels right and
comfortable for you).

What to bring:
Lose, comfortable clothes.
A yoga mat, blanket and cushion to sit on if you have them.
