<TD vAlign=top><SPAN>A comissão de negociação permanente da CONTEC se reuniu nesta quinta-feira (15.04.10), em Brasília, com representantes da CAIXA ECONÔMICA FEDERAL para tratar da reestruturação do Banco, PFG (Plano de Função Gratificada) , problemas específicos dos avaliadores de penhor, jornada de trabalho e outros assuntos de interesse geral dos empregados da CAIXA. </SPAN><SPAN> <BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN>Participaram da reunião pela CONTEC: Lourenço Prado (presidente) ; Rumiko Tanaka (coordenadora da mesa de negociação com a CAIXA e diretora de Finanças da CONTEC); Joaquim Alves da Costa Neto e Eudimar José Bandeira de Oliveira, do Seeb Amazonas; e Willian Louzada, do Seeb Goiás. Como convidados da CONTEC também estiveram presentes: João Carlos Pereira Ramalho (Anacef); Carlos Alberto Regueira de Castro Silva (Advocef); Anna Claúdia de Vasconcelos (Advocef) e Marcelo Sporleder Salis (Anaec).
<BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN>O superintendente nacional de desenvolvimento empresarial da Caixa, José Durval dos Reis, iniciou a reunião apresentando a proposta da empresa para a reestruturação das suas filiais. Basicamente, sua apresentação se concentrou em informações comparativas das áreas e unidades que já existem e como elas ficarão após a reestruturação. <BR></SPAN><SPAN><BR> </SPAN><SPAN>Os representantes da CONTEC lembraram que essas informações, que já circulam internamente na intranet do banco, não são suficientes, pois não explicam o processo de mudança. Por isto, a comissão CONTEC elaborou uma série de questionamentos, mas nem todos foram sanados. </SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN>
<P class=MsoNormal> </P><SPAN>O superintendente não soube precisar, por exemplo, qual a quantidade de cargos que seriam criados ou extintos com a mudança. Informou apenas que o cálculo está sendo conduzido pela vice-presidência de Pessoas (Vipes), e será concluído até o dia 1º de junho. E que só com este levantamento seria possível responder a esta questão. Quanto ao processo de extinção de algumas filiais, também ficou sem grandes explicações. </SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN><BR><BR>Segundo José Durval, a previsão para concluir a efetiva reestruturação (ou seja a implementação do novo modelo, com novas unidades em funcionamento, inclusive com a definição quanto a redistribuição de pessoal) está marcada para o dia 30/06/2010. </SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN><BR><BR>A CONTEC cobrou a falha na comunicação da CAIXA e a falta de transparência nessa proposta de reestruturação. Destacou também que essa conduta tem
motivado tumulto, angústia por parte dos empregados e protestos já desencadeados em vários estados. Várias entidades estão fazendo abaixo assinados e manifestações contra a postura da direção da CAIXA em relação ao processo de reestruturação.</SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN><BR><BR>Os representantes dos trabalhadores também exigiram mais diálogo por parte da CAIXA. “Uma negociação desta natureza merece mais diálogo com os empregados, com a representação sindical e com todas as entidades interessadas no assunto”, destacou Rumiko Tanaka. </SPAN>
<P> </P><SPAN><STRONG>PFG e Jornada de Trabalho</STRONG></SPAN><SPAN><STRONG> –</STRONG> Durante a reunião, os negociadores da CAIXA simplesmente disseram que a empresa ainda não tem condições de apresentar propostas por</SPAN><SPAN> uma série de questões burocráticas relacionadas, inclusive, a negociações que ainda estão em andamento no Ministério do Planejamento. <BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN>A CAIXA também informou que só voltará a negociar o PFG no mês que vem. Por isto, ficou de agendar nova reunião para discutir especificamente esses assuntos.<BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN>Na oportunidade, os representantes da carreira profissional informaram que estão preparando ofícios para tratar de problemas específicos que serão encaminhados à direção da CAIXA. Tão logo tenhamos conhecimento do conteúdo desses documentos, encaminharemos para conhecimento de todos.</SPAN>
