para a campanha salarial - Greve ou não greve?</span></font></b></p>

efetividade da greve na atual conjuntura da CEF enquanto instrumento de luta
para conquistas e avanços da categoria. Temos dados que nos permitem verificar
que no período de greve há um crescimento no lucro dos bancos. Os gerentes e
comissionados permanecem trabalhando e fechando negócios sem ter que atender
àquela parcela dos clientes que necessitam dos serviços bancários
“essenciais” e sociais. O percentual de “aumento real”
nos salários incide de forma muito mais significativa nos salários dos gerentes
e superintendentes, que contraditoriamente não participam da luta. Para piorar
a situação, temos um grande contingente de colegas que tiram
“folga” durante a greve fragilizando e deslegitimando o movimento.
Os que são mais conscientes fazem o trabalho pesado e sofrem as ameaças de
desconto dos dias parados, tal como diversos tipos de sanções por parte das
chefias. Não tivemos um posicionamento fechado quanto à defesa ou não de greve
para as assembléias que virão e para a nossa intervenção no Fórum de Delegados
Sindicais. No entanto, essa discussão faz-se necessária frente aos nossos
colegas a fim de promover uma reflexão mais aprofundada e resgatar o sentido
desse instrumento de luta.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt; line-height: 150%;"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%;">É necessário superar a atitude de reação à greve, entender
que como vanguarda dos delegados sindicais temos que nos conscientizar e
conscientizar a categoria de que a greve de pijama é fruto da desmotivação da
categoria provocada pelo sindicato como ação política consciente, em várias
frentes, a saber: não negociar a exigência de não desconto dos dias parados, o
que penaliza principalmente os CAEX nas agencias; não fiscalização dos itens
acordados com a patronal nas negociações, reestruturação que provoca perda de
vínculos do empregado com sua rotina e seu local de trabalho; política de metas
que favorece ao assedio institucional da empresa; propaganda patronal de que
está tudo bem e de que as negociações avançam, sem desmentido do sindicato.</span></font></p>
