<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 12pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Bookman Old Style'; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Muit@s bancári@s dos bancos públicos <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>(BANCO BRASIL E CAIXA mais BASA E BANEB além de estatais como CORREIOS e PETROBRAS)devem se perguntar por que e como<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>houve a criação de nova carreira nestes bancos e onde estavam as entidades quando isso ocorreu.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Isto se deu a partir da segunda<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>metade dos anos 90 (período FHC). É certo que naquele momento o movimento dos trabalhadores estava numa defensiva e o ataque neoliberal estava no auge do seu poder no Brasil (privatizações, reforma da<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>previdência, demissões ilegais no setor público, flexibilização de direitos
trabalhistas, criminalização dos movimentos sociais, congelamento e diminuição de salários e benefícios, perseguições às entidades e seus ativistas e lideranças, etc , etc.).<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Tudo isso de fato aconteceu, mas a discriminação aos novos contratados nas empresas públicas não é mérito exclusivo da “herança maldita”.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Pelo menos em bancari@s e em especial na CAIXA.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Na CAIXA<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>pasmem tod@s, a implantação da nova nomenclatura e todas as suas nefastas conseqüências é resultado de acordo assinado pelos mesmos dirigentes concentrados na CONTRAF CUT nos dias de hoje. A CAIXA chantageou as entidades e seus dirigentes e eles saíram defendendo pais afora a assinatura do tal acordo, ainda que tenham sido alertados por um amplo setor do movimento (e somos parte desta
história) sobre o desastre iminente e suas conseqüências negativas aos futuros profissionais.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>De quebra além da criação de nova nomenclatura para o cargo já existente (escriturário)<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>legitimando o arrocho, defenderam e assinaram paralelamente, no mesmo pacote o fim da paridade <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>entre ativos e aposentados, o que resultou em perdas substanciais.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Pra se ter idéia, até então todos os reajustes<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>e benefícios dos ativos eram automaticamente estendido aos aposentados e pensionistas. Então, pra ficar bem explícito, tivemos a conivência da direção<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>majoritária do movimento neste descalabro e nunca tivemos<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>ao menos o mea-culpa deste setor.

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 12pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Bookman Old Style'; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Pra entender as chamadas VPs (Vantagens Pessoais,) ainda que sucintamente;<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Ainda nos anos 80, época mais favorável às conquistas da classe trabalhadora, os até então chamados “economiários”,<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>depois de valorosa determinação e organização, conquistaram o direito à sindicalização e à jornada de seis horas.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Adequações foram necessárias pra nova jornada e definição dos proventos.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Como forma de não haver perdas para @s bancari@os foram criadas as VPs. Que ainda que tivessem esta denominação, têm caráter permanente, são integralmente<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>incorporadas<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>aos salários e refletem sobra todas as verbas.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Tal incorporação aos ganhos dos Técnicos Bancários, significa algo em torno de<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>$700,00 a $800,00 reais nos proventos mensais, em valores de hoje.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Dá pra falar em isonomia sem incorporação das VPs??<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

Isto porque ele por <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>si só não é suficiente como quer deixar transparecer a atual direção majoritária de movimento.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Existem pelo menos dois fatores que o mesmo encerra <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>e nos deve colocar em alerta permanente ; Não podemos confiar no parlamento que funciona de acordo
com os interesses individuais e de grupos ligados ao poder e ainda que o mesmo seja aprovado não dará resposta às especificidades de cada grupo de prejudicados.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Por isso é mais do importante conquistarmos a isonomia na luta, sem descartar totalmente<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>o parlamento. Para isso temos de ter assembléias organizativas no país todo desde já e iniciarmos a necessária greve até a 3ª semana de setembro como o deliberado por várias bases sindicais e <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>pelo fórum de delegad@s sindicais de São Paulo na CAIXA e pelos ativistas e lutadores do BANCO DO BRASIL, envolvidos também em várias demandas como PCS, plano odontológico aquém do acordado, fusão NOSSA CAIXA<SPAN style="mso-tab-count: 1"> </SPAN>e suas decorrências, PREVI e etc. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
