<H1>Caixa recorre à prática antissindical para tentar furar greve dos bancários</H1><SPAN> </SPAN> <BR><SPAN><EM style="FONT-SIZE: 10px">Crédito: Fetrafi-RS</EM></SPAN><BR><IMG border=0 alt=Fetrafi-RS align=left src="http://www.contrafcut.org.br/images/noticias/10108104833.jpg"> A exemplo do que ocorre em outros bancos, segundo boatos veiculados entre os empregados, a Caixa Econômica Federal também vem utilizando-se do expediente da prática antissindical para tentar conter a greve por tempo indeterminado, forte e coesa em todo o país. O abuso, dessa vez, aparece sob a forma da medida unilateral de abertura de Processos Seletivos Internos (PSIs), passando ao largo do reconhecimento dos interesses e direitos dos trabalhadores. <BR><BR>Se fosse outra a intenção da empresa, a abertura de PSIs não teria ocorrido em plena greve dos trabalhadores das instituições financeiras públicas e privadas. Parece, na verdade, que a medida visa dividir o
movimento, de modo a prejudicar os empregados que no momento se encontram defendendo o legítimo direito por melhores condições de trabalho. <BR><BR>Se essa medida tivesse a ver com solução guiada pelo senso do diálogo, a Caixa adotaria outro procedimento. O movimento nacional dos empregados reivindica a imediata reabertura das negociações sobre PSI, com critérios objetivos na elaboração e sem possibilidade de manipulação.
