<div>O Banco do Brasil, que mantêm suas agências Estilo para atender clientes de alta renda, está praticando uma enorme injustiça com funcionários que trabalham nesses locais. Em nível nacional, centenas de bancários dessas agências que ocupavam cargos de auxiliares administrativos perderam a comissão de forma unilateral e, consequentemente, tiveram seus salários reduzidos.</div>

<div>A Diretoria de Varejo do BB informou que os descomissionamentos estão ocorrendo em todo o país, mas não disse o motivo.</div>

<div>Em Bauru, três bancários foram vítimas dessa arbitrariedade do banco. Sem qualquer aviso ou negociação com o Sindicato, descomissionou os funcionários, reduzindo bruscamente a renda mensal de cada um. Com os descontos em janeiro, esses bancários mal foram remunerados.</div>

<div>A comissão de auxiliar administrativo foi criada especialmente para a agência Estilo. Nada mais era do que um caixa de 8 horas. Percebendo a enxurrada de ações trabalhistas que viriam no futuro, unilateralmente o BB extinguiu o cargo.</div>

<div>O <strong>Sindicato dos Bancários de Bauru e Região/Conlutas</strong> considera inaceitável que um banco do tamanho do BB tente burlar a jornada de trabalho de 6 horas dos bancários criando comissões fajutas como essa. O Sindicato exigirá que os bancários afetados por essa arbitrariedade sejam relocados a uma comissão proporcional em outro local de trabalho.</div></td></tr></tbody></table><br>
