<div>Na última quarta tivemos assembleia em SP para eleição dos delegados à
conferência estadual dos bancários, que, por sua vez, elegerá os delegados à
conferência nacional. Estiveram presentes 510 bancários, dos quais 95 votaram na
chapa de oposição e 486 na do sindicato. Com 18,6% dos votos, ficamos sem
direito a nenhum delegado. Para atingir os 20% precisaríamos de mais 7
votos!<br></div>

<div>Ao final da assembléia, eles nos ofereceram 10 vagas, proposta apresentada
ao microfone pela presidenta Juvândia, ressaltando que, apesar de não termos
votos suficientes, eles fariam uma concessão democrática para podermos
participar da conferência. Fizemos uma reunião com todos os companheiros que
estavam conosco e, após um rápido debate e votação, ficou decidido, por maioria,
que não aceitaríamos nada menos que os 18 delegados a que teríamos direito se
aplicado o critério da proporcionalidade direta. Claro que eles não
toparam.</div>
<div><br></div>Nossa chapa, além dos companheiros do MNOB, foi composta por
companheiros da Intersindical que, no último final de semana, foram oficialmente
expulsos do coletivo "Bancários na Luta" (os bancários da Intersindical) depois
de assinarem um manifesto de apoio à nossa chapa nas eleições do sindicato. Eles
devem formar outro grupo, junto com militantes do CSOL. Acredito que, no total,
são cerca de 10 militantes, todos do BB e CEF. Embora isso não signifique muito
numericamente, o fato é que não sobrou praticamente ninguém dos bancos públicos
nos Bancários na Luta.<br><br>Ainda não estamos no período da campanha salarial
onde a base está mobilizada. Por isso, prevalece o peso do aparato na convocação
para as assembléias. E esse peso, como já sabemos, é bem concreto: aqui na base
de SP, significa pelo menos 100 liberados, sem contar com os funcionários do
sindicato, e muita grana.<br><br>A diferença de apenas 7 votos mostra claramente
que é possível impor derrotas à burocracia, mas que, para isso, é fundamental
que cada bancário que se oponha à política da CONTRAF/CUT e identifique-se com a
oposição esteja mobilizado e presente nas assembléias. Agora é fazer este debate
com a base para que, no auge da campanha salarial, se reflita o sentimento de
oposição à burocracia que prevalece hoje nos bancos públicos.<br><br>Um
