1.2) Embarque internacional: apresentar-se no balcão de atendimento da Gol munido
de passaporte válido ou outro documento legal de viagem, resultado de acordo entre
países. Através de um acordo estabelecido entre os países membros e associados do
MERCOSUL - Brasil, Argentina, Paraguai, Uruguai, Chile, Peru e Bolívia e o acordo
de viagem (Decisão 018/08) estabelecido com Colômbia e Equador, é permitido o embarque
de passageiros destas nacionalidades apenas portando a carteira de identidade. Além
disso, cidadãos colombianos e equatorianos podem transitar com suas documentações
de origem dentro desses países. O documento de identidade só será aceito se possuir
foto recente que possa identificar o passageiro e se estiver em boas condições de
conservação. Somente será aceito RNE para embarque em voo com destino p ara a Argentina
se não houver necessidade de visto para o respectivo nacional. Não serão aceitos
outros documentos profissionais nem certidão de nascimento. Tampouco serão aceitas
fotocópias, mesmo autenticadas. Para demais casos (embarque de menores, roubo, furto,

2) As Passagens são pessoais e intransferíveis. Alterações e o não comparecimento
ao embarque (NO SHOW) estão sujeitos à cobrança de taxas, de acordo com a regra
da tarifa adquirida. As alterações ou cancelamentos poderão feitos via site
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.voegol.com.br" style="color:#999;">www.voegol.com.br</a>
com até 01h30min de antecedência
do horário do voo. Após este período, entrar em contato com a Central de Vendas
0300-115-2121. Poderá haver cobrança de eventuais diferenças tarifárias, dependendo
da regra da tarifa adquirida. Algumas tarifas não permitem o reembolso após a utilização
do primeiro trecho. Em caso de NO SHOW, o retorno também será cancelado. Nos casos de reembolso, quando
permitidos, poderá ser cob rada taxa administrativa, conforme regra tarifária aplicável.
Em casos de combinações de tarifas diferentes num mesmo itinerário, a regra mais
restrita será aplicada ao itinerário inteiro.

3) A Gol trabalha com e-ticket, válido somente para o voo especificado na reserva.
<br>
4) Comparecimento do passageiro ao portão de embarque.
<br>
4.1) Embarque doméstico: apresentar-se no portão de embarque com 30 minutos de antecedência
da hora de decolagem estabelecida no cartão de embarque.
<br>
4.2) Embarque internacional: apresentar-se no portão de embarque com 60 minutos
de antecedência da hora de decolagem estabelecida no cartão de embarque.
<br>
Se houver despacho de bagagens, nos casos de check-in realizado pela internet, ou
se o check-in for realizado no aeroporto, a chegada ao mesmo deve contar com tempo
suficiente para a realização desses procedimentos e ainda assim permitir a chegada
ao portão de embarque com a antecedência apontada acima.

5) Condições gerais de transporte:<br>
O transporte aéreo de pessoas, objetos e cargas será realizado mediante contrato
entre o transportador e o usuário, disponível no link
