 prestação de serviços, sendo substituída pela empresa RS Consultoria. No dia 25/05/2012 receberam a visita de funcionários do RH desta nova empresa, que fizeram o recolhimento das cópias de documentos pessoais e telefones de contato.</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times','serif'; COLOR: black"><BR><BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times','serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Em 30/05/2012 o funcionário Gilmar da empresa Proativa, compareceu ao Complexo Verbo Divino e informou aos funcionários que o pagamento de salário seria efetuado normalmente no 5º dia util do mês de Junho/2012, que os contratados dispostos a continuarem vinculados a empresa seriam remanejados de postos e quem não desejasse poderia comparecer ao escritório da empresa para solicitar demissão (em CUTIA SP). </SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times','serif'; COLOR: black"><BR><BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times','serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE:
 14pt">Após o comparecimento e comunicado do Sr. Gilmar, os contratados decidiram permanecer vinculados a empresa Proativa até o crédito do salário, uma vez que com o pedido de demissão haverá a perda de DireitosRescisórios (4ª empresa que toma esta atitude deploravel).</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times','serif'; COLOR: black"><BR><BR><BR></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times','serif'; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Neste meio tempo, tentei contato por diversas vezes com a Sra. Daniela(dirigente do SIEMACO 6970 3909 / 5521 9108), em uma das vezes 24/05/2012 ela se comprometeu a apurar o ocorrido (troca de empresa no Complexo), uma vez que não sabia até aquele momento, o que estava acontecendo. Após essa data a mesma ficou incomunicável inclusive no dia de comparecimento do Sr. Gilmar (RH Proativa),entrei em contato na sede só SIEMACO em Santo Amaro e foi confirmada, por funcionária do SIEMACO, o comparecimento da Daniela ao complexo
