[blag-whereto] getting the wiki to work

i'm extraordinarily dense sometimes. as chrisc pointed out [and renigh
remind me]:

(09:33:27 PM) chrisc: in the mean time add this to your /etc/hosts :
(09:33:34 PM) chrisc: 81.95.52.18 wiki.blagblagblag.org
17:39 <@renilgh> just add the last line to your /etc/hosts, fire up a
browser and wiki.blagblagblag.org should resolve correctly

this needs to be done as root.

we still need the dns fixing though.
