 the debate certainly needs to be had and a coherent policy thrashed out.
 as i stated in the above referenced conversation, the question
 '''really''' is: "is our criteria the same as the FSF's, or do we reserve
 the right to ammend what goes in on additional criteria?"

 anyone want to write something as a debate starter. note i am aware of
 Homer's piece, but this needs putting in BLAG context.
