 Spec files are contained within various src.rpm files in
 blag/90000/en/os/SRPMS/

 Although the spec files can be extracted, it would hell the developers if
 this was done for them. and put into a SPECS dir.

 jjm to make a SPECS dir, extract all specs file and populate into this new
 dir on the server kimsufi.

 Marked as _major_ review ticket and up/downgrade as required.
