hi all

first *big* thanks to chrisc for hosting the wiki for us. we're getting
a bit more sorted and with our general progression towards a more
decentralized approach the following admin roles have been added:

bureaucrat [sic]: me, renilgh, chrisc, stevo32
administrator: jisis, chrisc, renilgh, weyasey

existing bureaucrats: none
existing administators: demitri 88, jason, jayeola, jebba, kazim, stevo32

a list of what folks can and can't do dependent on their role is shown here:
