[blag-whereto] replicate downgrade issue

My apologies for taking so long to respond to this.
I'd originally planned to document the full work-day, but again some
things just kept me from doing this.

Actually none of the packages on bx2ga that are more recent than
kimsufi have been downgraded except for vim.

Here's what was done:

'yum list installed'
gives a list of all installed packages. According to yum.conf (man
yum.conf) all packages listed in yellow+bold are never than the ones in
the repo.
I made a list all these packages (by hand) and started going through
them.

The problem here is that rpm itself is among the packages in question
and I don't want to bet that it's possible to make rpm erase itself and
afterwards use rpm to install rpm again.
Though I looked up rpm and some other packages that seemed important to
me at koji.fedoraproject.org. In almost every case the version
difference was not due to a different version of the program itself,
but just of the package. The changelog for these is provided at the
koji page and we decided that the changes looked harmless and we had a
lot of other things to do ahead.

Sadly, apart from TRAC being set up by Sanchez none of these these have
been tackled yet.
According to http://blag.fsf.org/ticket/15 the server should run Koji
and Plague. When are we going to set these up?
