[blag-whereto] BLAG website

Hello all!
I continue to update and make links running on blag website. features is 
almost done. But I think it'd be a good thing to put an announce on the 
homepage to tell users and people who come to the site what is the exact 
situation and the future of blag. My English is not so good to write it. 
It'll be a good thing if this announce is written by one of the founder 
member of blag.
