[blag-whereto] spam, the 'users' group and registration on trac

hi all

as noted in a previous automagic post, i have disabled posting
privileges to anonymous users on trac for spam prevention purposes. a
user therefore has to be part of the 'users' group to post to the trac
or the trac wiki.

i haven't found a way of automating this process on registration yet, so
if you have set up an account and *can't* post, please say so here or
ping me [or one of the other trac admins -- Homer, jisis or renilgh] in
#blag.
