[blag-whereto] BLAG wiki broken?

I urgently need to update a page on the BLAG wiki, but it seems to be broken.

This page...

...tells me "You do not have permission to edit this page, for the
following reason: The action you have requested is limited to users in
the group: Users. You can view and copy the source of this page:" and
the word "Users" there is a link to

http://blag.wiki.aktivix.org/blag.wiki.aktivix.org:Users

which says "11:16, 26 June 2009 R7 (Talk | contribs) deleted
"blag.wiki.aktivix.org:Users" ‎ (Vandalism: [...]". (And if you try to
edit the Users page, that action too is limited to Users.)

Can anybody put this right, or tell me who has server access?
