I have put the FREEEEE Icecat src.rpm on blag.fsf.org.  I had oodles
of fun attempting to web serve the file by editing the current
httpd.conf.

Anyway, the file can be found in /var/www/html/BLAG/FREEEEE

My limited experience and understanding of httpd.conf/apache aside,
would it be better if we were to move Trac to
http://blag.fsf.org/trac? This would allow  services/content, like the
repo, to be avaible via http.
