[blag-whereto] Setting up a Koji Server

Hello All!

In an attempt to setup a Koji server on a local machine to understand 
how it may be of use for building packages I came across the following 
error:

[root at localhost koji]# openssl req -config ssl.cnf -new -x509 -days 3650

I am step by step following the instruction listed on

Any suggestions would be appreciated
