[blag-whereto] Icecat 3.6

Dear Blag users,

I finally managed to compile and create a RPM for Icecat 3.6.3 with
language support.

I now need testers, so if you have a x86_64 fedora 12 on your computer,
could you please try it and report bugs you could eventually encounter,
expecially on the language part.
