[blag-whereto] Wiki for support

Can we start using the wiki to answer frequently asked questions or for archiving questions that have been answered on the forum? I think that would make the wiki far more useful than it is currently.

It'd be nice to have a wiki that's as information-packed as the ArchLinux wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Main_Page
