[blag-whereto] blag.fsf server

I saw this too yesterday after uploading icecat RPMs on the blag server (21H30/22H30 french metropolitan hour). 
With icecat 3.6.12 (I think - BLAG 119K) I'd got this error message too when I was trying to access : To many ftp  connexion (more than 10, error 530) if that can help you.
Seems ok this morning,
I don't know why, just do a upload. 
I don't think about permissions but rather simultaneous connexion problem, no ?
