[blag-whereto] trying to register for the forum

Thanks for the feedback, all. I realized that the info I have for making
usb boot keys should go on the forum, and not here.
I have registered for the forum and activated my userid; however, the
userid has somehow been banned from the forum before I even got to use
it... probably due to trying to login with the wrong password too many
times... whatever, would someone please reset my userid:
