If you want to test icecat on freed-ora 19 you may load it from GdNewhat repo and to activate the plugins you may look at the mail I received. Not yet tried because I'm at work. Do not repeat!

# rpm -ivh http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-19.noarch.rpm  
# yum update  
# yum install gstreamer-ffmpeg ( and install gstreamer-plugins-* if required )  
# yum install gstreamer1-libav ( and install gstreamer1-plugins-* if required )  
# yum install gnash-plugin  
# ln -s /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins /usr/lib/icecat-17.0.1  
  
and disable "GNU LibreJS 4.9.2" extensions on IceCat browser.
