[blag-whereto] Update to Main Site

Good Day All,

I've made changes to most of the forward facing pages on the blag main 
page. I've documented[1]what changes have been made. Please let me know 
if you find any broken links or incomplete pages.

For the next release, I would like to see a major overhaul of the site. 
Take a look the original[2] BLAG Home page and some revision[3]. There 
are also some pages that do not exist[4,5,6]

While, I've gone back to a minimalist approach that has been around the 
longest, I'd like to see something different.
