[blag-whereto] IceCat 24 and new little guys

Hi all!
The binary of IceCat 24 from ftp.gnu.org wouldn't run on my freed-ora, so i compiled my own for both i686 and x86_64. Uploaded them to: ftp://blag.fsf.org/190000/dev/IceCat_24.0/

Please check the README before testing, and (hopefully) enjoy!

Also, updated the really little guys with more icons for Mate - basic apps and systray icons are now quite complete. Here if you want: ftp://blag.fsf.org/190000/dev/really%20little%20guys/
